Throughout my 11 years of providing therapy, my focus is always, first and foremost, on providing a safe and supportive space for each individual. I specialize in working with folks experiencing ADHD, Autism, OCD, and Trauma. I help you heal by using specialized education and evidenced based techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ICBT (Inference based CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention, Attachment Theory, Brainspotting and Somatic Healing; I help clients utilize their strengths and explore their passions to live the life they imagine.

Using active listening and supporting you to dig deeper, I accompany you on your path towards healing. Then, I cheer you on as you apply the skills to achieve the life you want - and deserve.

As a queer identifying person, I create a safe space for those that identify with the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Additionally, I create a welcoming space for those considering or participating in any type of relationship style including Monogamy, Polyamory, Non Monogamy, and more.

I like for sessions to feel like a flowing conversation where I am prompting you to move within, providing you active tools for change, and creating a place where you feel like you can settle in and show up just as you are.
